LEADERSHIP

Experience Behind Resolute

DECADES OF OWNER-SIDE LEADERSHIP

Resolute was founded by Thomas Gannon following a career leading complex capital programs, real estate portfolios and project delivery organizations for some of the world's most recognized companies.

His experience includes senior leadership roles with American Express, Fidelity, McDonald's, WeWork, EdisonLearning and Avenues: The World School, as well as earlier experience with Turner Construction. Across these organizations, he has led large multidisciplinary teams responsible for billions of dollars in capital programs and complex portfolios across more than 40 countries.

LEADERSHIP, SERVICE & MENTORSHIP

His leadership approach was also shaped by 25 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, across active-duty and reserve roles. As a Marine Corps Engineer Officer, he held multiple command and leadership assignments, ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

Thomas is also the founder and President of Fortitude Advisory, a nonprofit organization focused on developing the next generation of leaders in the architecture, engineering and construction industry. Through Fortitude, he works with senior industry leaders and emerging professionals from around the world to advance leadership development, mentorship and professional growth.

A SENIOR LEADER AT THE TABLE

Experience That Translates Into Action

Resolute brings the perspective of senior leadership from the owner side of the table — building teams, establishing programs, managing complexity and being accountable for results.

That experience allows Resolute to step into complex environments quickly, understand what matters and provide the leadership needed to move programs forward.
